Return/Shipping Policy

 

THE DEAL (RETURNS & SHIPPING)

WE DON'T DO FINE PRINT. We don't need a team of lawyers to tell us right from wrong. We operate on a simple code. You treat us right, we treat you right.

1. RETURNS (30 DAYS)

If the gear doesn't sit right with you, send it back. You have 30 days from the day it lands on your doorstep.

  • The Condition: Don't wreck it and expect a refund. Send it back the way you got it.

  • The Cost: In most cases, we cover the shipping back to the shop.

  • The Deal: Contact us. We’ll send you a label. Once we get the gear back, we refund your money. Simple.

HEADS UP: This 30-day deal is for when you change your mind. If your frames break while you're out doing real work, that’s different. That’s our LIFETIME WARRANTY. We replace broken gear for life. We refund unwanted gear for 30 days. Know the difference.

2. OWN YOUR MISTAKES

We’re human. Sometimes we mess up. Sometimes you mess up. Here is how we handle it:

  • Our Fault: If we send the wrong item or it arrives busted, we own it. We pay the shipping, we send the replacement. No arguments.

  • Your Fault: If you give us the wrong address, forget your apartment number, or let the package sit on your porch until it gets sent back—that’s on you.

    • We don’t change addresses once the truck leaves.

    • If it comes back to us because of your mistake, you pay to ship it again, or we take the shipping cost out of your refund. Fair is fair.

3. THE HAUL (SHIPPING POLICY)

DOMESTIC (USA)

  • Orders Over $39.99: FREE RIDE.

  • Orders Under $39.99: Flat $5.99.

The Timeline:

  • Processing: We get the order out the door in 2-5 business days.

  • The Road: Once it’s on the truck, it usually takes 5-7 business days to get to you.

  • Missing Gear: If it hasn’t shown up in 30 days, let us know at vault@omertaeyewear.com. We’ll make it right.

4. INTERNATIONAL

We ship global, but we can't control the borders.

  • The Wait: Usually 12-15 business days.

  • The Tracking: Once it leaves US soil, the tracking might go dark until it hits your door. That’s standard. Sit tight.

  • The Customs: If your country charges a fee to let it in, that’s between you and them.

See everything. Say nothing.
